Yep - Thats all I have left to go till I finish work. Dammit! It's going to be the longest 12 working days that I have had the pleasure of working. I then have two weeks of not working before we leave the country that I don't really know what I will be doing with. It's gonna be difficult living in London and desperately trying not to spend any money but trying to see friends and say good bye at the same time.
I might even let people know about this blog so I am not just writing to myself. I might become a blog addict....now there's a thought...

Something cool I found.
While checking flights from Bali to Auckland for the end of our journey I came across this little ditty which is bound to get lodged in your head for weeks and weeks!
When I start my own country Im gonna get this guy to compose the anthem!
So I bought a new camera...
Don't panic. It's only little. It's a Ricoh GR Digital. Lovely little thing that I can stick in my pocket and pretend that I am shooting black and white film without the hassle of....shooting black and white film. See how it goes but first impressions are that it should be pretty satisfying for travel. I'm sure I will catch a few more shots than I did with the Hasselblad in Thailand. Full manual with a dial each for shutter speed and aperture with loads of control and internal black and white which i would probably push the contrast a little more but still kinda satisfying. This shot is straight out of the camera at ISO400.

Hello world!
It's my blog! Hopefully I will be able to use this on my travels to share photos etc though i have just found my ipod touch does not bring up the keyboard for this window which is not as cool as i thought it would be.
